Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates


All parcels will be shipped by registered post. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when placing an order, as parcels returned to us as undeliverable will attract an additional fee to be sent again. Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

Small parcels up to 500g, anywhere in Australia: $7.50
Medium parcels up to 3kg, anywhere in Australia: $11.50
Parcels over these weights will be quoted on a ‘by order’ process



Overseas Shipping

Shipping costs for goods to be shipped outside of Australia: as this is greatly variable, you will be notified by email regarding the shipping rates, once your order has been placed.

We do not ship china overseas, as their very nature does not guarantee they will arrive at their destination undamaged.


Returns Policy

 

Bluebells of Berry will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. We must receive notification of the fault within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. For instructions on how to return these faulty or damaged goods, please contact us either by phone 02 4464 1692 or by email us.

 

 Bluebells of Berry will exchange any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned unworn, in its original condition, including its packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned at the customer’s own risk and cost. Please be sure to include a note explaining the return, as well as your daytime contact telephone number.
